After leaving Bill Maher show (great show), I was one of the first on the scene of a guy who was shot in the head. Brain all over the sidewalk. Nasty shit. He was a black man, late 20's, thugged out.. but somehow still alive..

Between this and the mini-riot at Star Wars last night over the film messing up, it's been an odd 24 hours. I'm going to bed.

perhaps it was a retaliation killing, he could have been the projector operator from the night before. were there any indications that he had been beaten severely with a plastic lightsaber by a 400 pound robed man trying to look like qui gon jin?
