Yes i do know EXACTLY what its like to drive one of them. I also know theres no way in hell ANY competant person would drive a c.a.t. with ANYONE near them, especially someone wearing a BRIGHT VEST. It was an accident. If it wasn't, how do you explain that she didn't dies right away and was taken to a hospital. do you realize how easy it is to kill a woman when you're driving such buldozer? how come she stayed alive and was taken to a hospital? You must have missed my post above..

ANY c.a.t. operator knows not to even START the machine if anyone is around that isnt wearing protective gear..

So regardless of if the girl was PUSHED infront of the c.a.t. the driver is responsible..
