I fucked up a mysql DB on my Dutch webmaster board/resource site. I contacted isprime online support(ICQ) and they fixed it within 3 minutes!

After that I needed a new mysql DB with some pre installed settings, I mailed all the info, and it was done within 6 minutes.

I felt in love again

I prefer to manage my own servers. What you had to wait 6 minutes for them to do takes me about 30 seconds

You lost traffic and potential visitors for 3 minutes, They should provide you with freehosting for a month at least, damn fuckers at ISPrime.
