Gunna make me some fresh deep fried bluefish tonight. With a side of homemade fries and homemade tarter sauce.. Ohhhh yeah baby!

"Omega-3s combat autoimmune diseases, reduce cardiac arrhythmias and are crucial to the development of the spinal cord, brain and retina in infants and to healthy brain functioning in adults. The case for linking low omega-3 levels to depression is strong, though not yet a slam-dunk. But there is little risk and significant benefit to following the American Heart Association recommendation to eat fish at least twice a week, and if you already have heart disease, to take at least 1 gram a day of supplements containing EPA and DHA."

Yes, but I think deep fried bluefish, homemade fries and homemade tarter sauce. Kind of negates the health benefits.

Though it does sound good except for the tarter sauce. I can't stand that stuff. Eeewwww.

If you fry properly the fried food takes in very little oil at all. It is just bad fried food where it is greesy and unhealthy.

I had deep fried Sea Bass and Trigger fish last night for dinner. Caught them 50 miles out on Saturday. Also got myself a 4' Red Grouper. Cut that puppy into slices and froze it.

Fish and Chips rock the house!

Nice!!! The bluefish tonight I caught down on sandy hook nj... We nailed them yesterday... Non stop action from 4-8pm... Biggest was 10 lbs...
