If I receive a check that is so much late, that it has become void (because of a wrong address, for example), then does the company still have to pay me what they owe even if the check became void?

If the company has the responsibility to send a new payment, then how long do they have this responsibility (for example, if the check has been void for 2 months or 2 years - does it make a difference?)

Damn one company owes me several thousand dollars and another almost one thousand and boy I wish I could get those.

If someone owes you money for that long and you have not contacted them, nor have they contacted you, well in my opinion, you can kiss that money goodbye...
