what does the US law say about this?
If I receive a check that is so much late, that it has become void (because of a wrong address, for example), then does the company still have to pay me what they owe even if the check became void?
If the company has the responsibility to send a new payment, then how long do they have this responsibility (for example, if the check has been void for 2 months or 2 years - does it make a difference?) Damn one company owes me several thousand dollars and another almost one thousand and boy I wish I could get those. Please help, thanks, Mika |
If someone owes you money for that long and you have not contacted them, nor have they contacted you, well in my opinion, you can kiss that money goodbye...
