I would like to know how many time your server is down per month with this company?

i haven't had any downtime as far as i know. Are you sure it isn't your own connection that screwed up?

... confirmed. some stuff is down, some is not ... no need to cry, I have been with many hosting companies, candid rocks even when they are down ...

our servers ( execpt 4 sun's) are back up
i think the 4 boxes are on filesystem check .. rest looks good for me ------------------ ah you have been blessed with 72 virgins? |

It was not a few hours, Candid had a major power outage that lasted only 10 minutes...

confirmed. Candidhosting was down for about 10 minutes at approx 11am EST.....
one of my sites www.thetruevoyeur.com was down as were all other candid sites.... Candid are good.... I think this is only the second downtime I have experienced in 18months! Terry [email protected] |

yup, power went out for aprox 10 minutes. all my servers and load balancers came back up right away. they have kick ass support - just give them a call or email...
