Antivirus Solutions.

Norton blows cock ... Kaspersky I have found to be the best so far IMO

What do you use?

norton, but only for fun... for the most part, I've done very well with nothing at all. I monitor my machines pretty closely and can spot anything fishy a mile away.

yeah, it is risky.... but I've got a pretty good track record so far. Like I said, I'm good at spotting them, and avoiding them... including worms.

But even now I still have norton's running in the bg, just to be even more safe.

Filter your email at the server if it's for your own domains... http://www.clamav.net

Works great.

McAffee
LavaSoft Adaware
Microsot Anti-spyware beta
Spybot - Search & Destory

-- plus a router firewall, windows firewall and Mcaffee's firewall. Pretty fucked up to run all that, if you ask me, but I haven't had a virus or anything in ages *knock on wood*.

Norton
Besides that Adwarespy is probably the out there:
http://www.adwarespy.com/#features
100000 times better than others. I compared it with other proggies and it found a lot more that the others didnt, and it turned out to be some nasty stuff
