It seemed to me that the show had run out of steam after the last episode. They should have had the last episode really resolve the conflict between good and evil. Instead, they tapdanced around the conflict and had a very lame ending to the season. As a person who watched every episode, I was really disappointed with the direction the plot was taking and would not be inclined to watch another season.

never liked it, it lost steam after like epsiode 3.

deadwood on the other hand, now that's a great show...

still waiting for the first season to come out on DVD.

a lot of people with unfortunately small brains can't handle a series that is actually different / unique, people don't like having to think, so it backfired.

That fucking blows.

How can they leave shit hanging like that...

One more season is all they need to end it, or at least a partial season...

Major fucking bummer...

That sucks. That was one of our favorite shows there for a while. Well, I guess if the show had to get shitcanned, at least it was after 2 seasons, which the show kinda wrapped up nicely anyways.

Season 2 was so much better than season 1. Season 1 pretty much just built up to and set up season 2. I think that in season 2 there was more drama, more action, and it made more sense that season 1.

It would been cool to see where they went with a 3rd season, but I think it mave have been cheesey, with evil Sophie now the one they neeed to kill.

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.

Carnivale was too slow in the first season. Didn't even watch season two because I got tired of the slow moving story line.

As long as they don't cancel Deadwood, The Wire, or the Sopranos, it's all good.

I loved that show. It really sucks that they ended it this way. Now we'll never know what happens between Ben and Brother Justin.

This is a sad day. A very sad day indeed.

I liked Carnivale, they drug it out a bit long though. Deadwood has a few cool shows but just as many are starting to drag along slowly too.

Deadwood is great but wtf with all the Elizabethan dialog?

"I'll order this establishment burned to the ground and you maimed before, during, or after or at his discretion, unless I forbid it."

It is a great line, I'll use it next time someone hassles me.
