I told myself I was going to run from point A, to point B.
no matter how far it seemed, I wasn't going to stop...
I did it, it took around 40 minutes. I measured the distance in the car after and it came to 4.8 miles. Ugh, tough SHIT! but I really think with some conditioning I could run a marathon. makes you feel good afterwards, knowing you accomplished something you set out to do so physically intensive. it's summer time, some of you lazy bastards outta try it... you might find something you will want to continue.  |
