no matter how far it seemed, I wasn't going to stop...

I did it, it took around 40 minutes. I measured the distance in the car after and it came to 4.8 miles. Ugh, tough SHIT! but I really think with some conditioning I could run a marathon.

makes you feel good afterwards, knowing you accomplished something you set out to do so physically intensive.
