Trouble Sleeping - GoFuckYourself.com

I havent been able to get a good night sleep in months. I usually fall asleep at midnight, wake up at 3 am, go back to sleep at noon and sleep for another 3 hours. is there anything i can take to sleep better or should i just contact a doctor?

Oh man, i so know what you mean...i have periods where i cant get a normal night rest. Sometimes i sleep up to 3 times a day. Its a horror. It makes you feel so shitty. I dont know what causes this. Right now im in a good period. And im so happy with it.
I considered sleeping pills but that will make things 10 times worse eventually.

Greetings:

I use to have problems like that too. My internal clock was haywire. I eventually went out and bought one of those "natural light" lamps. I have it on next to me at my desk while I'm working. It actually does help to keep me energized during the day, and then I'm ready for bed by midnight.

I'm not sure if it's one of those placebo things or not, but it works for me!

And ambien comes from a prescription. Helps a lot as long as you do not use it every night.

I take Ambien about 3 times a week, sometime just half of it.
But I have had the same problems for years. (Over 10 to be exact.)

But it works, make sure to see a Dr. for it.
