Honestly, I've never been listed on the first spot! But I think galleries from 1-5 are getting about 150-200K daily traffic.
Of course worldsex.com is sending a lot of traffic to top galleries as well.

None - the hun gets revenue from pre-paid gallery placements on the top 15 spaces and banners. the rest of the galleries are free placements.

we get normally 160k+ on a free listing. Make sure your servers can handle that type of load though if you try and list. (we have had problems in the past
