I'm about to buy a house there and move to live in Delaware... am I making a mistake...? everything seems to be cheaper and nice there... anybody knows or lives there?

I'm tired of paying tax here in New Jersey... Delaware seems less expensive no sales tax and property is also less expensive...

I never minded delaware when i visited it. Plus they have some nice beaches when the weather is right.

Though the bit in Wayne's world about Deleware is dancing in my head now.

I am moving from South Jersey about 1 1/2 hours from the place where I'm conisdering to move... yes I'm trying to instead of paying taxes to NJ, put that money in my house... I found a home in Smyrna DE small town america about 1 1/2hrs from Philly and about 1/2hr away from Dover DE and the the Delaware beaches...
