Chicago People
I'm going to in Chicago in a month and staying at the Palmer House Hilton downtown. I was wondering what the best way for me and my family to get out to the Six Flags amusement park? We would rather not drive if we can help it. Any public transportation go out there? Or our only bet would be a cab?

take the train
Go in to downtowns union station take the train I think it is the redline. all the way to Libertyville, Ill.......From there it is a 10 minute ride to Gurnee.
You should stay the night in Gurnee accross from, Gurnee Mills Mall. From there you can go to six flags.
