This just kills it. I'm sure things would have turned out a bit differently if he challenged the situation but treated it in a more mature manor. When kids say stuff like that it's hard not to treat them like, well, kids.

Did anyone read the second version of the story I posted? CNN is basically the school's version and the AOL news is the student's version. It's the student's word against the school's and I tend to believe the student's version more, because if it happened exactly like the school said, I doubt it would have made national news like it did.
