Mother fuckin USPS smashed my monster PC to bits

United States Package Smashers

these assholes ruined my brand new PC.

First off this thing is a monster almost $1750 in just parts. I was flying to myrtle beach for a couple weeks for business and didnt want to leave my computers fate in the hands of the airport chuckers. So I go to usps, buy up the insurense yada yada. It gets here 2 days later, im impressed on the time, and the box looked fine. I open it up, both dvd burners have been shook so hard the sliding mechanism broke and the drives were floating around the inside of the PC, the heat sink snapped off, and knocked pretty much everything else loose. I will post pics later on of the before shots, its a sad site. The PC is now put back together but there was very signifigant damage. They will pay the $1500 bucks in insurence that I bought if they value thier lives!

UPS did the same thing to me a while back. box was all beat up and they left it out on my porch in the sun to boot. luckily tiger direct took care of me, and sent me another monitor.

I hate it when these companies don't give a shit about your goods. I wonder how many claims these companies see yearly.

I have to use a mail service that says that they are part of the US postoffice. We use them, because we live outside the US. Any way, I had to insure a package the other day for 3k. She looks in the book, and it shows 1$ per 1000$ insured. Kool 3 $. So we pay, and send the mail away. Today we go in to get our mail, and they hand us a bill for 34$. The bitch made a mistake, and expects me to pay for it.

is the box damaged? If not you will most likely have to sue to get your money. I sent a computer through the mail to someone and when it arrived, same thing it had been thrashed and was damaged. The box had scrapes on it and stuff, but it was not opened or ripped or anything and they told me if the box wasn't damaged the insurance wouldn't pay. It was an older computer only worth a couple hundred dollars so I didn't pursue it, just be ready for a fight.

I went out 2 hook up some electronic Equp. once and all of it wasn't there, a few days later the Mfg. called me and said what's this we got this box back with tire marks on it.

the UPS driver set the three box's out and took 2 of'm in the place of business, then forgot the third one so he ran over it, then sent it back...

Don't be surprised if DHL doesn't do shit about it. I have a DHL account & it's their policy to not require signatures when delivering to residences. They only require signature when it's going to a business. I've had packages lost (or stolen?) that were left at residence doors and they wouldn't do jack, even with me having a large volume account with them.

USPS also takes forever to pay an insurance claim (months and months). Next time use FedEx, UPS or DHL.
