the city didn't pay their police insurance, so their are basically no police there right now....they had to call in a few cars from the county next to them

lithonia, ga is like 6 miles from me....should I go reak some havok?

I saw that on the news last night. some concert promoter was gonna loan them the cash but if they failed to repay in 2 months he wanted a piece of city property. Slick move on his part but they denied it.
