I purchased one and paid for it to see the technology first hand, Pun intended and still have not been able to get it to work.

Seeing that the boxes are free now is there anything you can do to hook a webmaster up? Free service in the amount that I paid maybe?

what happens if you don't keep it after the trial
do you have to return the box or get billed ( getting stuck with the it was lost in the mail so you have to pay for it scam)

Yes, if someone decides they don't want to keep it past the trial then they need to return the box. As far as scams, we suggest a trackable method when returning the box or face paying retail value for the box.
