If you have a master account and want to check out your transactions, view the Detailed Revenue--all the transactions are appearing correctly there (as far as I can tell). The Total Revenue and Sub-Account Revenue still aren't working for me yet though, they're both only showing the Check revenue.

CC, wanna see something really fucking weird? go to your 'list valid check dates'

my net check/wire for 1/15 is:

all good, and everything looks fine in the list of check dates. but if i look into statement summary, i get:

-> a fuckup of well over 56K US on a 2 week period! just some fucked up shit with ibill i guess, but i will be calling them tomorrow about it...

Did you ever end up giving them a call? Damn, mine has a nice big "adjustment" as well.

Oddly enough, I am not worried.

And by the way, I masturbated to your stats.

Thanks for pointing that out! I just looked into my account and I have the exact same problem. I guess I will be calling them soon too.

yeah, i gave them a call - was told to go by the 'list valid check dates' value. that is the correct value, and i should expect my wire to be in that amount. apparently the statement summary is temporarily fucked up - big time. i'm not really that worried about it either though.

did you or CC call ibill?

btw, I jerk off to them too ;)

Yup, I called them this evening and was told the same thing. Although it did take about 10 minutes for the person to understand what the heck I was even talking about, lol.

Here is my new goal...to have other webmasters jerk off to my stats as well, lol. Almost there!

Gotta' love iBill -- terrible support, 15% cut, and constantly going down. Yet we continue to use them. May I ask why?

and they are not 'constantly going down'. they've had backend problems lately no question, but the processing has been rock solid for a very long time. ask lensman why he uses them. he must be a fool like labret, CC and myself (edited to include CC in the stupid club).

I have only just started to use a sponsor that goes through IBill and I'm completely confused.

My stats page shows about 10 "master" accounts and over 40 sub accounts - any idea what's going on?

I dont get it quiet.
If Your check size is 90 plus something grands either You got unusually big sales on online checks and WEB900 or huge reserve.
Otherwise You CREDIT CARD sales should be over 100 000$ per period.

If so - they should bill You less than 11.5%

As quiet said, it is the backend processors (the CMI) that have been having problems, not the transaction processors. Plus, they have NEVER been late with a payment since I began using them in Jan 1999. No, I don't pay 15% either--I pay 12.5%. The only people who pay 15% are those who make under 10K per pay periord. I personally think that iBill will be around for a long time. You can't say that about many other processors.

i have a reserve averaging about 20K a month (as i currently do about 225K a month total), which is taken off every period - but only applied once a month to my mid-month wires. i do anywhere between 15-20% online checking/web900 in terms of total revenue. so i've been sitting at 11.5% fee's for the past 3 months.

however, as of my feb 1st wire, i will have finally passed 100K for ccard sale's alone (for a single 15 day period) and fee's will be reduced to under 11.5%. i'm assuming I'll get between 10.5 - 11% but i haven't talked to ibill about it yet...

Please let us know what you end up with after going over 100 Grand Per 2 Weeks. I'm Not even close, but would still like to know what the rates might be.

I'm sure it will be dropped to 10.5%, just like going from under 50K for 15 days, to over 50K for 15 days takes you from 12.5 to 11.5%.

Something I just noticed. Every reseller account I have, no matter how much $$ the sponsor does (and I know a few of them do over the 100K mark) I get 15% taken out before I get my cut.
Is this the way ibill does it? Or is this just an extra 4 to 5% cut for the sponsor that I've never noticed?
If the sponsor is only getting 10% taken out for processing, why does 15% get taken from my 60% before I get paid?

Lenny2, I don't think you should be seeing that. IBill will deduct a 10-15% fee and holds 5-10% for six months from the sponsors portion of the income. The only thing IBill deducts from affiliate checks are chargebacks and refunds.

Some information about iBill's revshare program can be found here: http://www.ibill.com/services/revshare/

The document that explains exactly how the payouts work is called 'Revshare Program Functionality'. Unfortunately it does not appear to be linked off their website.

yup, as an affiliate you shouldn't be seeing any % deductions from ibill.

here's more info on how revshare percentages work. you should not be charged any service fees or hold backs.
