Not quite, Juicy. There is no actual potential for life unless you present the swimmers with a viable egg within their reach.

OTHERWISE, if you follow your own logic, a woman who has her period without attempting to become pregnant (to put that egg to good use) is also committing "murder" of her potential "life".

I personally think it should be a decision between both parties. Sure, she has veto power since it's her body and her health, but the baby is just as much the man's as it is the woman's.

A woman can't say 'It's mine all mine and has nothing to do with him" and then turn around and demand child support payments. That's just not right.
