anti-virus/anti-spam recommendations?

aside from Norton?

I've got the full NIS installed on this system..
although it's effective thus far... i've got mixed feelings about it...
it seems to be slow and bloated..

looking for something else for a the system.

Trend-Micro is one of the best antivirus programs.

Symantec is also a good one, since they took over a previous kickass AV program (forget the name).
