the point about foreign jurisdictions is interesting as well. we see waves of spikes by country. uk was first, australia, germany, the scandinavian region, south america all happening at different times. fortunately we bill in multiple currencies and also allow access to the site via the dialer. the dialer shows up as a 3rd pay option on the intersticial page before the join form if the surfer is non-u.s..
