I doubt whether Jeff filed Chapter 11 so it seems he would owe everyone he cheated but most folks probably won't go after him.

Even though his sites are no longer in his name, he's the only one who would shoot any new content. There's little doubt that Jeff will still profit a percentage from these sites. He's been allowed to hide behind Pornkings and still profit from these goofy sites.

I am about tired of your fucking lies, bullshit and speculation. Fact is, you know nothing about me, what i do, who I work with, where or who a shoot or ANYTHING that transpired with me or the company. The only "facts" you have are what you have read on the boards further proving how fucking ignorant you are.

There is or was not any real debt to speak of. The models have been paid in full for months. Any model that we could not resolve our differences with ( 1 girl ) the site was pulled. If you have some fucking proof that is not the case then posted it. Every contract we had with a girl, other then the model mentioned above was fullfilled. After complete audit of each contract we even found that one model (the one the screamed the loudest I might add) as over paid according to the outline of her contract. Like you, she relied on the boards and second hand speculation instead of finding out the facts for herself costing her money she could be earning right now.

My company debt the day I went into talks with Pornkings in Feb. was just shy of $3,500.00, $2,000 of which was a hosting bill. The hosting bill is being chopped down and all that remain is a maybe about 300.00 in any other debt. We paid our empolyees, we paid our webmasters and we paid our models.

Here is the issue with the rebills. We had 3 webmasters come forward saying they were not paid on rebills. After all that fucking drama, three webmasters out of over a thousand came forward. We could account for a total of 27 rebills that were not paid. Why, fuck if I know? Rowan was one of those guys. He seem to have lost 9 rebills which we confirmed and agreed to pay him triple of what he lost as we did the other webmaster that came forward. I regret Rowan got missed, but I do remember that he was one of the three. He can send me a paypal invoice to [email protected] and I will pay it today.

As to the surfers... they were never scammed and I have all the data to prove it. I posted my actual stats for the entire two years I ran these sites above. But since you cant read I will post them again.

"Our chargeback ratio from March 24th 2002 (the day we opened our first site, tell March 1st 2004) was .56 (47 total chargeback customers) for the 24 months I ran perfectioncash. Also, we processed a whopping 86 total refunds over the same two years. (Thats over 8 differrent websites) ONLY 8! In that two year time period we did 10,341 total signups (joins). Please tell me how our members areas could have "sucked" based on those number. Are over all rebill rate was 30.40% of our total sales for the two years. Not many programs out there can say that." Please, I defy any program owner to post stats that can match those. The only one that could come close is TNA and he has only really been running solo sites on a larger level for a yeah. Nice sites though.

If the sites members areas "sucked" as you claimed, there would be know way in hell we would have stats like that. Refunds would be huge and chargebacks out of control. My recurring rate would be more like 10%, more inline with most all the other teen amateur sponsors out there. Once again, if you have proof that the numbers above are not the case then please post and show your proof.

Unless you have some proof, proof that you are willing to introduce in to the legal system I would stop with your bullshit speculation on what you think might have happned or what you think might have went on. Thats all it is man, speculation. You have no idea what went on or what my arrangement is currently.
