I know about as little as you can about scripts and server settings. My strengths are graphics, and content. I'm not a real left-hand side of the brain kinda guy. I don't have any full time techs either, so when I signed up for NATS they had no idea what they were getting into!

You ask me how to get your 18 year old sister naked for the internet I could probably do it, but ask me to set up a multi-teired hidden program with 5 payment options, and my eyes glaze over.

Over the last couple days they really took the time to over explain everything, go over my settings with me, and even included an extra walkthru today! This is all on top of the other walkthrus, and setups. So thanks guys! Not only do I have great affiliate software to use to grow my company with, but now I fully understand all of it's power, and how to really use it to maximize my relationships with my affiliates.
