Yeah that guy is legit. I think he did the Xpays affiliate area, so you can definitely trust him.

take him up on the Free Flash design offer - his HTML work is very good but his Flash work blows that away. He can make a red circle go side and side, up and down, pretty much anything you can imagine a red circle doing Dave can do it - only limit is your imagination.
