Haven't seen any thread about them in a while so I thought one was needed.

Had to share with everyone that I just submitted a trouble ticket and got it resolved within 6 minutes, last one took 7 minutes so they are improving

Thanks everybody for the kudos!! People seem to forget that when we are doing a good job nobody hears about us...but we are ok with that. When I was speaking on the "State of the Industry Panel" at the Desert Forum I was asked "So, how are things at NatNet?" and my answer was "Quiet...just like we like it".

As Bill said before and as everyone knows, we are not the cheapest web host in the biz, but what most people don't know is that we are more competitve than you may think....I tell people all the time that it only costs a little bit more to get the very best.

As for fris...I, personally, have no idea what you are talking about but thats not important. What is important is that when people are praising your host you will never see my name or my banners....just like when people are bashing your host you will likewise not see my name or my banners. It is considered poor taste and infantile. Personally, I think your host is a fine competitor and you will never hear me say anything negative about them. I am glad that you are happy with them and I appreciate your trying to herald them (we all need customers like you) but just be sure that you do it in a positive light as to not bring more harm to them than good. Just my $.02.
