Did you install a new video card for the second monitor or are you using the original one for both? If you installed a second one, you've actually got the capability to set up 4 monitors already. its the left one that aint crispy. Dell is sending replacement so i hope thats the issue. I have one vid card running em both. I have to get a pci one now i guess to hook up the 19 incher
