Happened about an hour ago. Damn it hurts. I was an ass to her for awhile and we worked through that, but her parents were 100% overbearing and the situation just couldn't last any longer without someone going off the deep end. I had to stop it before it got any worse.

I'm here asking for some SAFE coping strategies...

It sucks right now, but tomorrow, get a hooker and have her suck you off. You will feel better. Then drink booze before you go to bed and that will help too. Do this same routine at least once a week for 6 weeks and you will heal yourself.

Til i contacted her again and it went downhill from there, I was near suicidal. So i cut contact again and now I'm doing much better. After I broke up with my ex (lived together for 4,5 years) I tried to think of everything else than what had happened. The only thing I did was to delay my own feelings for what had happened.
