Some of them look like they did when they were euthanized (the dogs laying down with head in front paws). Brings back shitty memories of past pets. Putting them down is hard. I can't imagine having a stuffed version of them.

the process (if you know anything of freeze drying takes way longer than that. Its a very delicate process, infection, mold, and many things come to play. I'm actually going to have my pet cremated and put into a small urn...seriously.
I have had him going on 12 years now and can't see myself just burying him in the back yard of a home I'm only renting...or in a field somewhere etc.
He deserves so much more for being a great companion for so long.
