I put it in the back and I love those things!! Canada doesn't have them ANYWHERE it seems but California has them everywhere.. I thought everybody put the tab thingy in the back???

I tear it off, but until today I thought the center thing I ripped off went in the back. After Melissa explained it to myself and Sancho we were cracking up laughing. It all makes sense now!

I put mine in the front, and the reason is because most public and office restrooms have split toilet seats, meaning it doesn't cover the entire bowl, so the bowl is exposed in the front. If I put the tab thing in the front, it covers the part of the bowl that's exposed. I've never even given it a thought to put it in the back.

P.S. I would think most guys would put it in the front for that exact reason. But me being a girl... I'm not sure what benefit that is to me, really.

This is Loryn's way... nice and neat, but then you have to pluck the liner off of the seat and put it in the toilet before you flush:

The backwards way (according to me) although it should have been moved forward a little, I think:

And some people don't even bother to pull down their pants before they pee:

Who needs a seat liner when you do it that way?

Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. I recently spent time in 4 different states and each one had toilet seat liners at *every* public bathroom I went to. I've never, ever seen them in Canada.

I guess maybe we just know how to keep the seat clean... ;)

toilets are made with a special material that only allows most bacteria to stay on the seat for around 22 seconds.
also there is more bacteria on a computer keyboard than on a toilet seat.
