Don't worry all sales are being tracked.

Hey Nysus
We haven't seen anything unusual/out of the ordinary.
Hit me up if you like and I'll look into it-

I love topbucks - even have them in my sig - but there seems to be a lot of people with the same problem this period. I only trickle traffic to them these days but even so the ratio in TB stats is down over 50% and almost at an all time low

Have any changes been made recently to join pages or billing?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Perhaps they're fraud check is higher, or they're not counting certain joins now.. or.. or.. or....

My sales for this period are normal.

LAST period sucked for me personally, but this period they're back up again.

Yeah, something isn't right, though this seems to happen every other period / every other month.

Lee said that I got 2 signups on a Friday when they had 3 hours of downtime (which she said they're compensating $5 per signup or something?), though that still doesn't give a reason for why the past week haven't had any signups.

Ronaldo - What volume of an affiliate are you? High / low signups? And you work for Topbucks....

This pay period seems normal for me. Ratios are a little better than last period. Overall, for the last couple of months, everything is about the same each period.

Oh, I believe what you're saying, just noting you work for Topbucks. :P

jennym - Ratios are worse than half this period; last month's ratios were at par with last periods. Just nothing this period...

Last couple months is all you can get. Do you mind me asking if you're low or high volume levels of signups?

I don't send much of my traffic to topbucks, but here are some numbers

03/01/2005 thru 03/15/2005 41 sales 30163 unique 1:736 ratio
03/16/2005 thru 03/31/2005 44 sales 37492 unique 1:852 ratio
04/01/2005 thru 04/15/2005 31 sales 32620 unique 1:1052 ratio
04/16/2005 thru 04/30/2005 18 sales 14781 unique 1:821 ratio

I will say that I have a different sponsor that has been WAY OFF all month. Some have their days, but they just have had a really weird month.

25% less signups first period of this month, and only 18 sales with 9 days left to even make it to 31 sales, would be 1.44 sales a day over the next 9 days.. which would still put this whole month 25% below last months.. and it looks like same amount of traffic for each of the first two periods.

So this pay period isn't really normal.. but there's no real way of knowing because you can't go back and check past ratios.

Ok, so maybe we look at things a little differently. First, like I said, I send a very small percentage of my traffic to Topbucks.

It would also be 25% less for someone getting 1 signup instead of 4. Not really that big of a deal. With the amount of traffic I am sending, 25% really isn't that much.

Again 25% is not that big of a difference. It is a difference of less than 1 signup per day. My ratio for this period is right in between the ratios of the 2 periods in March. Seems normal to me. Yes, it was worse the beginning of the month. I thought I put that in my original post, but I guess not. But, you said your stuff was normal the beginning of the month.

All that said, it sucks that your ratio's are bad. I definitely wasn't trying to do the "I've never had problems with Joe Blow so it must be you" thing that people tend to do on GFY. You said you thought it might be a 'problem'', and I don't really seem to have one, and thought I'd share. Hope it improves for you.

Let me say I am an idiot before someone else can. I meant to say if someone got 3 signups instead of 4.

I was going to comment on that..

Anyway, apparently everything on their end is fine...

Guess my non-blind / non-forced unique interested / targeted visitor clicks will be finding a new home soon.
