Play Video In Frame: How to make an HTML page that PLAYS MPGs/WMVs?
Instead of text linking to a raw download link for a .mpg, .wmv, or whatever, I would like to link to an html page which will center the video which is being played, and play it in frame, without requiring opening the file itself by the user.
I'm sure this is simple. Can someone please post sample code? Thanks

So you want the user to click a link which will pop up and center a small window with a wmv stream in it, or am I understanding you wrong?
