i heard they have some problems with delivering the plastic cards for ATM cash withdrawals

They are very fishy... read some of the news posts on thier site.

They offer visa electron cards with fake names.... doesn't it says it all?

they are good for internal transfers (like epass) but bad for sending/receiving wires (wires have a tendency to get lost)

support also sucks.
