thats how taxes in here
for under 1600cc it is %37 then vat like if a car is 10k euro it is 13700 euro vith first tax then with %18(yeah they are takin tax of tax  ) vat it is 16166if it is 1600-1999cc %60+ vat so 10k-16k- 18800euro if over 2000 %84+vat 10k - 18400-21712 finally yeah unbeleivable |

It's only a car you could put $70k to better use... to me a 3 series isn't worth even close to that!
