Well we'll just have to see how this all plays out then. Looks to me like this is just another one of those stupid situations that has blown all out of proportion that should have/could have been solved very early-on with a small bit of compromise on both sides.

By the way, to that part of the argument about you paying him in Canadian funds and him wanting US funds..... dude, I got to say.... I thought everybody who has spent more than five minutes in this busines knows that most if not ALL transactions, especially with an American like Aaron is, are in US FUNDS. Aaron offered to drop the lawsuit if i made a thread apologizing for trying to make him look bad.... but i told him i would NOT say what i think / feel in exchange for money... voicing an opinion and sticking to it is worth a lot more then a 10 grand lawsuit... even though i don't have 10 grand to lose.
