Over the years I have done business with a lot of people in this industry...From the biggest names down to the smallest unknowns. Very few of them ever complain.

I honestly don't give a fuck what people on GFY think. Why should I? It's not like 99.0% of them have or ever will put a dime in my pocket.

well put... it's all about good customer service... if client isn;t happy with whether you falsely advertised what hes getting or just he doesn't like your work, i'd give him a refund and that is more to your advantage than this drama
