You will get the license and 2257 related info when you make your final payment. You wanted the content early so that you could start with design...So...Start with design and leave me the fuck alone until you have paid me in full.

Besides, lets face it.....You don't know shot about 2257 not do you need that info until the site is live. The site can't go live without a license and you won't be getting that until you have paid me.

Model release is not required by 2257.

He got over 60,000 pics from me. When he pays me, he will get a licens and 2257 info.
