I've read the tutorials and the posts here all about creating and submitting tutorials to the big 6 TGP's but I'm trying figure out the exact pupose.

Obviously we're trying to generate traffic to show our sponsors and hope for a sign-up. But don't the big 6 TGP's cash in much bigger?

If so, then why do we bother submit to them and not just build our own TGP to submit to along with others galleries? Sure it'll be tough to get the draw at first but time, marketing and determination should be able to capture a share in the market.

I know there's a reason otherwise there would be tons of TGP's by everyone of you. Maybe there are, so give me a reason not to start one.

making a tgp and getting traffic to it takes a lot of time. there are other ways to make more money with less effort.

Start your own tgps, post to tgps, post about posting to tgps, etc
