Windows help...slow scrolling...

I had to install a new harddrive and re-install windows xp.
Ever since my browser scrolling is slow.

I tried with and without "smoothing scrolling" but didn't seem to change any.
I change the hardware excelleration but still no change.
Scrolling even sucks in notepad.

Anyone know how to solve this?

--- I can write PERL code with 10,000 lines but can't operate Windows

I can't work a cellphone worth a shit either. Go ahead and text message me; you sure as fuck won't get one back.

Try these:

I use W2K Pro, and in some programs the scrolling is very slow (Frontpage for instance) and it actually is my video card that is causing it. It's an old cheap one.

Hmmmmm....vid card?
That seems like it could cause my problem 'cause my video is bad too.

Try update your drivers.
If there were no problems scrolling before your fresh XP install, it is probably the video driver. The card is fine. I doubt the card is bad.
