at least 2 23.7 fl oz bottles .. sometimes with a bit of lemon .. just for flavor ... plus they say the lemon will shrink your stomach and hold back hunger .... and i need to lose about 15-20 lb ....

Unless they have a very fast metabolism by birth, very few webmasters aren't in this situation. Might be a wild guess, but I think it has something to do with sitting in front of a monitor all day and never doing any physical activity, aside from going to the can and picking up the phone to order pizza.
