I'm really not going the same then I used too (thanks god) ... now I'm probably eat there once every 6 weeks on average. I was living in front of a Mcdo when I was 18 and then it was 3-4 times a week on average... way too much!

So how is your McDo ratio these days?

I was eating fast food about 12 times a week before my diet. Thats is more than burger stands though. Pizza, chicken, little non-franchised places..

I've lsot 15 pounds in less than a month by changing what I eat. I still eat one terrible meal a day and am losing weight fast so I must have a high metabolism.

Been months and months. Last time I ate there there was a finger in my chili. Oh wait, that was Wendy's. They caught me though - found out I put the finger in there. Damn it. Guess it is back to spilling coffee from the drive through to make a living now.
