Not taking sides, but TECHICALLY the makers of Godzilla could sue Thumbzilla for copyright violation. Doubtful if Godzilla never existed Thumbzilla would either. Especially since he has a huge lizzard for a logo.

Also green guy tried to sue someone who got a version of link-o-rama and LOST his case. The judge said he didn't have exclusive rights to all variations of his domain name.

Being someone who took out the name grannypost.com and was expecting to have a big site and ONE YEAR later some big wig takes out granny-post.com , I find the joke distasteful.

And for the record, I am not a kiss ass. Zilla's site never accepts my galleries .
