Equinox...thanks :-) And I am Zilla, and as most people who frequent these boards know, it is extremely rare that I ever get on one of them. Someone sent me an email about what this DirtySanchez fool was doing, and that is why I visited this board.
If anything, this little experience has made me more determined than ever to go after people who are cybersquatting on Thumbzilla. I worked very hard to build that site, and I resent people stealing from me. This person doing the DirtySanchez thing is obviously a jerk in the truest sense of the word. He is, in a word, a thief. But who cares. He is dim-witted and it is easy to see he is strongly lacking in character. That's his problem. He thinks cybersquatting is cool? Well if he actually is cybersquatting, I hope he he gets sued so bad he loses everything he has. That is the only way someone like him will learn. And if he actually is the person who is cybersquatting my site, he is about to have all kinds of fun. And on that, I will say "Goodnight" ;-) |

i sympathize with you man you have always been a straight shooter and a great friend when you were with us in the TL's but we've had that same thing happen here before, like with MrPananma who was/is using freehun.com as his domain it's been a month since he said that he was going to remove that domain and guess what, it's still there but i think the hun has the right approach to dealing with this serious problem if there's anything i can do to help, just let me know |

He says his site is different.. in content I assume, which makes him think he isn't stealing, but content is a moot issue. It's the trademarked name. Try using playboys.com and watch the shit hit the fan quick-like. Auto Zone started out as Auto Shack til Radio Shack sue them for using part of their trademarked name. and to be on the safe side..: "All trademarked names used herein were done so for reference purposes only"
