Anyone with Allwebsites?
If so is your site down? Mine has been down all day yesterday till now so far, they are not answering thier phones. (except for a message) I am so pissed right now.

My sites seem to be up now, but the copies they put up are so old I need to get in and change things and I can't ftp in. I'm hoping this is just a temporary solution until things get back to normal. It would be nice if they would keep us a little better informed about what's going on.

Yes I agree, Hell, my members section will be all screwed up then when they get mine up I guess, That is alot of uploading. FUCK! This has been once a month with them now, it is really getting old. This time is the worst though. And to think I just revamped my whole entire site. and rebill is occuring right now for most of the members............DAMN! I am so pissed right now! I wrote Allwebsites after I discovered both my sites with them are down, and they replied with a message telling me that my data was "corrupted" during a server changeover, as if datacenters don't have backups! I called CTS which is the datacenter for them, and they of course gave me a completely different story. The official word is that they have had their service shut down, and they are no longer a CTS customer. I am guessing it's a financial reason, but I'm not sure. I'm just completely pissed I can't log in and transfer my websites! I can't believe those people would be so ignorant and inconsiderate as to just leave everyone hanging like this! I've contacted CTS to have them retrieve the data off their servers... they said it can be done.
Anyway, I'm just furious... -Noah |
