I am so pissed right now! I wrote Allwebsites after I discovered both my sites with them are down, and they replied with a message telling me that my data was "corrupted" during a server changeover, as if datacenters don't have backups! I called CTS which is the datacenter for them, and they of course gave me a completely different story. The official word is that they have had their service shut down, and they are no longer a CTS customer. I am guessing it's a financial reason, but I'm not sure. I'm just completely pissed I can't log in and transfer my websites! I can't believe those people would be so ignorant and inconsiderate as to just leave everyone hanging like this! I've contacted CTS to have them retrieve the data off their servers... they said it can be done.
Anyway, I'm just furious...
