Why does paypal have such a bad rep with some people?

i have used them for over 2 years, with higher amounts of money IE 3k+/month and i have never had any problems.

over the past 2 days i have had a block on my card but that was due to me making alot of purchases on Saturday, in which i am glad they blocked it because it shows they are actually paying attention to my account.

for mainstream paypal for me is.

(waiting for some webmaster who cant read rules to post paypalsucks.com)

They used to block some accounts for strange activities in the past (freezing the funds) and their 'seller protection' terms may sound a bit weird under certain circumstances, but I think they're OK, too...

how is this point: you are stupid if you do not have anything outside adult.

99% of everyone here proably has a paypal account.

i am actually discussing a valid topic with my expierience.

why dont you go into every other thread on the front page and say "o this isnt adult industry topic, this is an adult board "

i think you would find yourself in almost every single thread on the front page. nice try though.

and you could also be discussing a solution to paypal for adult, but your brain isnt working that fast today i guess.

People who started using them early on hate them, because their original business plan was to freeze x amount of dollars every year to make up for the fact that they weren't profitable. Things have gotten much better since they sold to ebay.

Also, 3k is not a higher amount, it's average. People have had 10k+ accounts stolen.
