Why does paypal have such a bad rep with some people?
 

i have used them for over 2 years, with higher amounts of money IE 3k+/month and i have never had any problems.

over the past 2 days i have had a block on my card but that was due to me making alot of purchases on Saturday, in which i am glad they blocked it because it shows they are actually paying attention to my account.

for mainstream paypal for me is. :thumbsup :thumbsup

They used to block some accounts for strange activities in the past (freezing the funds) and their 'seller protection' terms may sound a bit weird under certain circumstances, but I think they're OK, too...

I've also used them for years problem free.

I've used them for a little over 4 years now... No problems.

it's excellent for mainstream use, for adult there's epassporte. I don't see a problem either... face it every single one of us wishes we had thought of this first.

99% of everyone here proably has a paypal account.

i am actually discussing a valid topic with my expierience.

why dont you go into every other thread on the front page and say "o this isnt adult industry topic, this is an adult board "

They are thieves thats why.They owe me several thousand dollars.

People who started using them early on hate them, because their original business plan was to freeze x amount of dollars every year to make up for the fact that they weren't profitable. Things have gotten much better since they sold to ebay.

Also, 3k is not a higher amount, it's average. People have had 10k+ accounts stolen.
