[14:51] EDITED: i had been trying to contact them for week for a design.
if they ever answer email, it's usually 3-4 days later.

now, after 1 month of waiting in line and 3 weeks of them working on a design (they don't answer icqs, and they several days to reply to email) i finally get my design (with i must admit is great)

- now i get an email from Todd, asking for a payment.
- 5 minutes later he replied back.

the point is, when they are interested in something (like getting money) they are VERY quick to check their mail.

You haven't been working online longer then me I would bet. I started in usenet in 1994 - before that running a large bbs / chat system in portland.. Anyways, dirt doesn't bother me. Our rep stands on it's own..
