if they ever answer email, it's usually 3-4 days later.

now, after 1 month of waiting in line and 3 weeks of them working on a design (they don't answer icqs, and they several days to reply to email) i finally get my design (with i must admit is great)

- now i get an email from Todd, asking for a payment.
- 5 minutes later he replied back.

the point is, when they are interested in something (like getting money) they are VERY quick to check their mail.

Look - you can't knock anything about our customer service. It is top notch. I answer all emails when they are directed to me - in a timely fashion. Well I am sure problems have occured in the past - like any other company - we strive for excellent customer service.
